The further orientation of the project “Broker Centre of Air Transport” will focus on the possibilities of extending the portfolio of offered products, for example creation of real orthophoto pictures, generation of the trees from the cloud of points, etc. The aim is also to improve algorithms used for the data processing and to increase accuracy and quality of output data for specialised branch analysis in the sphere of transport.
2/ Use of optic systems of scanning for permanent evaluation of variable parameters of the road surface comes from
gathering and use the data about variable parameters of land roads, where especially diagnostics is the source of
information for the analysis of road condition and the further evaluation. Recently with the development of 3D laser
scanning it has been possible to develop the use of aerial photos in different areas, mainly for roads, highways, tunnels,
airports or railways. High-speed cameras and optic systems provide 3D definition with high accuracy and offer many
advantages compared to traditional measurements.
3/ Simulation of outdoor force lines on the basis of the 3D data scanning use comes from the possibility of data collecting
through lidar technologies for the electric lines corridors mapping. On the basis of obtained practical results it is
2 possible to note that the quality of output data, particularly obtained density 3-5 points on m is sufficient for the aims of
monitoring and analysis of lines condition and their protective zones.
The use of competence centre outputs in business environment represents possibilities of commercial connection of
broker centre with business environment on the regional, national and also international level with the focus on the
outputs and innovations in the area of transport and transport infrastructure. Apart from the possibility to make the
research and science outputs commercial it is necessary to point out the possibilities to get connected with other
international organisations dealing with top research as, for example GNSS Centre of Excellence with the seat in Prague.
1/ Comparison of the results of the surface texture evaluation by the measuring with the help of 3D scanner to
conventional methods comes from the statement that effects which the surface texture can influence depend on the
size of wavelength and amplitudes, irregularity of the surface where micro and macro texture has the considerable
influence on antiskid quality of roads. A few sections of the roads were chosen to measure and evaluate the texture and
roughness of the surface. These sections were scanned with the help of 3D scanner. The results of all methods were
compared and correlation dependences were stated according to the comparison.
4/ Diagnostics of outdoor electric lines VVN with the use of aerial LIDAR comes from the use of aerial 3D scanning of air
high voltage lines. These data together with the thermo camera can give the line operator a lot of valuable information.
From this 3D model with the help of special software tools it is possible to identify conductors, calculate conductor sags,
make the control of minimum distances from conductors and identify potential dangerous objects.
5/ 3D terrestrial scanning of building objects and their parts with the subsequent creation of georeferenced models
comes from the 3D terrestrial scanning of the cloud of points. This cloud could be randomly georeferenced. Then we
form building objects or their parts with the help of 3D from the recorded cloud of points. These vector models as well as
the cloud of points have a wide use, for example in urbanism, architecture, forensic engineering and other areas of
transport.
